Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Cheese Bread with salmon 400 g 77foods
  • 150 g of crushed fresh ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons of cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped dill
  • Rasp of 1 Sicilian lemon
  • 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

    Bake the cheese loaves at 200°C for 12 minutes (pre-roasted without browning completely).

    Mix the ricotta with the cream of milk, the dill, the lemon, salt and pepper scrapes, forming a cream.

    Cut each cheese loaf in half horizontally. Fill it with a spoon of cream.

    Close it, put it in a baking pan, cover it with parmesan.
